How does billing work?
Billing is managed per workspace and is owned by the workspace Admin, who is by default the workspace creator.
We are introducing a new Voiceflow Tokens (VFT) system that will allow users to power their agents through an exchange unit that bundles interactions and AI Tokens. This will allow us to 1:1 match the price of underlying AI vendors for tokens, reducing token costs for customers.

What's the difference between Editors and Viewers?
Editors are able to make changes to projects including delete projects. Viewers are only able to try the prototype mode, view the design and leave comments. Editors are billed licenses, whereas Viewers are free and can be added in unlimited number.
How will interactions be billed?
The Voiceflow Tokens (VFT) system will allow users to power their agents through an exchange unit that bundles interactions and AI Tokens. VFT bundles will be available for purchase by plan type as of summer 2024 (exact date will be communicated).
Our new pricing model decreases AI costs for customers by matching AI token prices 1:1 for every AI model, even as they change. This means that the AI token costs of vendors in Voiceflow will always match 1:1 with the vendor-listed price.
We are doing this by introducing Voiceflow Tokens (VFTs), which will have an exchange rate that is updated daily to match 1:1 with supported AI models.
